Box Cushions for MCM Chairs

Hello, I have some mid-century modern chairs I inherited from my Grandfather, something akin to this:



The cushions are from the 50's and are a pretty hilarious orange plaid. Any suggestions on where I could get custom cushions made in the DC area and not spend a fortune? I'm willing to drive up to an hour from Arlington, VA.
