Every time I try to buy vitamins for my kids (and for me), I get overwhelmed by the choices. I was going to buy the Rainbow Light brand which is carried by Whole Foods, but both the kid and women's formulations well exceeded the recommended dose of Vitamin A. I find that often happens in particular with Vit A (of which I don't think our bodies easily expel the excess). Can anyone recommend the brand they buy? First priority is safety incl amounts within Recommended guidelines, but I'd also love some probiotic and fiber in it for my kids, and for me some probiotic and an improved memory formulation.
