this is OP---budget probably up to $2K. We have an oddly shaped living room with a diagonal fireplace and I would really like a custom shape size rug to fill the space since our current 8 x 10 looks too small for the long rectangular room, but not sure such things exist in the hand-knotted realm without astronomical expense. What's similar quality for custom patterned carpet?
