I think you're thinking of Jean Claude Duvalier (Baby Doc). The Jean-Baptiste of Haiti was from the 1700-1800s. 
Jean-Baptiste is a common Haitian surname. It's essentially St. John in French. |

Thanks for educating the earlier poster who made the "Haitian Dictator" Papa Doc / Baby Doc reference.
Even if the names were the same and some relationship existed, would Kyle's death be less tragic? His family and friends less shocked and pained? |
