Clubhouse for tween or teen?

Thinking about building a clubhouse with windows and door for yard. Our house is on the small side so the idea is that the kids would have an additional space to hang out outdoors. The dimensions are 10x7 ft and 7 ft high walls.
Children are young now, would a tween or even a teen hang out in a clubhouse? |
