This thread is way off topic in a really offensive way. OP is looking for a doula of color. She wasn't looking for a debate on whether she has a right to ask for such a thing.

That thread is also from 2012. So she's either found a doula or not and her kid is probably starting preschool.

I wish you'd lock those threads instead of removing them - I wouldn't have minded taking a look to see what the fuss was about.
