| Any recommendations? What is the estimated difference in cost of installation per sq ft? The room is mainly used for playroom. We recently had a water problem and want to choose a material other than carpet. |

| We are going with vinyl plank because it is warmer than tile and feels a little kinder to the feet. We also like the fact that it is easy to pop out and replace if there is water damage. |
