choosing an electric supplier?

Hi,
I am closing on my new home in a few days, and was looking into the different power choices. I have not found a site where it clearly compares my choices. I would like to use all wind power if affordable, but the language and pricing structure is making it very difficult to compare all my options. Does anyone have rec's for Montgomery County? TIA |
