Probability is higher. Plus, I just can’t imagine the people fervently posting about the hotness of a skinny white chick being non white. If they are, they’re the kind who grew up in non diverse areas hating themselves and desperately trying to assimilate.

Surely you can see that this is terrible reasoning. The probability of the average poster being white will always be higher than the probability that they are non-white, but that doesn’t mean you can accurately assume that all posters are white.

DP. Agree. The vehemence with which the “not hot” pp are dumping on Rachel reflects some deep seated insecurities and jealousy. Which is interesting, because the writers were so clear about the MIL’s jealousy over Rachel’s looks. The MIL was well-cast, because you can see that she was Rachel when she was younger, and while she’s still attractive for her age, she’s no longer the stunner that she was, and it really eats at her.

This is so crazy because I thought Rachel was the most attractive on the show. Paula had those weird micro bladed eyebrows I couldn’t stop looking at and Olivia had that too skinny dead eye druggie look.

I wish we could. But then the “not hot” posters post more about how not hot she is, and then it becomes a back and forth again.

I’ve only read the first 10 or so pages of the thread because I’m still midway through the series not sure how much it has been discussed, but, man, I am loving the eerie tropical music soundtrack. It’s so quirky and really well done for each scene.
