ISO a new "all purpose" tote bag

I'm a SAHM and I'm looking for a new all-purpose tote bag for the spring/summer. My DD is in the midst of potty-training, so I'm not looking for a diaper bag per se (I don't need the changing pad and other accessories a diaper bag comes with) but still need to tote around a few diapers and wipes for emergencies, sippy cups, snacks, small toys and my personal belongings (phone, wallet, small makeup case) and now that we're in training, probably a change of clothes or at least pants. I would like something that can stand to get wet on the inside and not leak through and ruin the outside of the bag and am also looking for something stylish that doesn't scream diaper bag. My style is a mix of modern/boho/sporty. Any recommendations from all you stylish ladies out there?

I love my Le Sportsac purses--lots of room in separate compartment so you can keep your stuff separate from the kids'. Lightweight and washable, and they have cool prints. Sometimes they go on clearance at Macy's.
I use their Deluxe Everyday Bag, but it sounds like you might want a bigger option.

Crate and Barrel has some fabulous ones in really bright colors for $89. They are leather. I am seriously thinking about getting one in orange to use for work and everything else. I saw them in the Mass Ave store near AU last weekend.
