Well, I won't eat it all the time, but once every few months, that quick and easy to make, bowlful of flavorful broth (perhaps made entirely of chemicals and msg) - and the slippery noodles in it, really hits the spot. Especially love it when I have a cold.
Every once in a while - I will add leftover rotisserie chicken in it with some frozen veggies too, when it is cooking and it is just yummy. |
| Love it with a egg thrown in and Tabsco. Yum. Guilty pleasure. |

I have tried this recipe and it is quite good. Adjusted seasoning to make use of what I had available at home.

Totally. |
| Yes, the spicy Korean kind, especially when I have a cold. |
| Chicken flavored ramen w/a ton of saltine crackers. OMG - so delicious. I can't remember the last time I had this, but I could easily convince myself to do it again soon. |
| YES. I add Tony's Cajun seasoning to the broth which gives it more flavor. And I always eat it with a grilled cheese dipped in Louisana brand hot sauce. |
This sounds soooo good!!! |
Koreans eat it with kimchi. |
+1 Shin Ramyun. I throw in some bok choy, scallions, and a runny-yolked egg. |
| I love the ones in ready to eat cups. |
| I wish they still made the light ones. Campbell used to. |
Homemade broth and soba (buckwheat) noodles with lots of veggies. |
| My kid keeps asking to eat them but she is overweight (pediatrician confirms ) so I keep saying no. Is there a healthy version? |
There are some that are much lower in fat, and if you only use half the flavor packet you can cut the salt content as well. They do not taste as amazing as the regular ramen but they are okay and your kid won't feel like she's missing out. |
