Rainbow backyard swing set

Anyone out there have experiences with a Rainbow swing set and/or the Chantilly showroom to share?

We bought our set used off CL. It was only 2 years old and 1/3 the price of a new set. The owner of the Chantilly showroom is a jerk (at least he was 5 years ago when we were looking).

When you bought a used set, did you dissemble and assemble yourself or hire someone to do it? Was it difficult to do?

We paid someone to disassemble, move and reassemble for us. I think it was around $350. We actually got the recommendation from the Creative Plaything person who was working the showroom floor that day (right down the street from Rainbow).
