bleach bath for eczema on scalp

If you have eczema on your scalp, can you do bleach bath for your scalp (obviously avoiding your eyes)?

Does it lighten your hair more than say chlorine in a pool would?

The bleach bath is not concentrated enough to lighten hair. My children and I both regularly indulge and haven't noticed any impact on hair color.

Thanks for the tip. I assumed this, but I don't color my hair and I didn't want to suddenly look like Marilyn Monroe.
