| I just got the smallest one with a separate electric frother/milk heater. I am trying to replicate my tall skim latte at Starbucks. advice on how long to run the expresso and what strength to get? Mine is manual. So far, tastes too watery. And I assume I need to do two shots/capsules to equal a double shot in my tall latte? Thanks in advance. |

My nespresso latte recipe:
1 cup frothed milk 2 ristretto capsule shots, on espresso (not lungo) function Also check out Nespresso's website -- haven't looked in a while but I think there is a way to change the settings so that less water is pushed through on the espresso setting. |
