I just tried to fart and peed myself

Has this happened to anyone else? I have 3 kids. Have been trying to do kegels. Youngest is 4. And for the first time ever I tried to push out some gas and peed my underwear.
Help! I am embarrassed and worried now

I'm 45. Two kids, youngest 7. It happens upon occasion. I don't worry about it. It's part of growing old. Buy Depends stock.
If it happens alot, I would talk to your Dr. |

That seems a little strange. There are a few occational times where I was expecting a fart, and it came out a "shart."
But I've never had a fart/pee swap. Completely different holes. |

| Yes. I have a uterine fibroid that grows a bit around ovulation, it makes bladder leakage a little more common |

Do not worry about it!
Apparently it happens to women a lot! Because we are more connected down there than boys, when we fart, sometimes, it travels through ending up pushing out urine. If worried speak to a dr because it’s unusual for a lot of urine to come out. I totally understand :oops: :oops: :P |

Maybe if you need to “bear down” so hard to push out a fart that you pee yourself, you should do it on the toilet next time. But I think a bit of pee coming out when you laugh hard or jump is normal after 3 kids. |
