Good meals I can make ahead and/or freeze

Any ideas? We have a new freezer in the garage and I would love to stock it with great meals that just need to be thawed~

Make sure you buy a vacuum sealer to use when freezing meats and meals. They keep so much longer!

Quiche, chicken pot pie, chili's, soups, lasagna, most casseroles. Some of those online recipe databases also have sections for "freezes well". I've never been a fan of frozen rice dishes -- pasta seems to do the best.
