Page input on forums

Jeff,

Would you consider adding a function where you choose which page you want to jump to on individual forums ? Like the options that posts have.

Clearly I have a a sick addiction to this site , but sometimes I go back and browse old posts.

Would this be a possibility? I wonder if anyone else would find it useful... If I'm the only weirdo, no need.

I am right now working on a pretty major upgrade that includes that feature. I have actually been using the upgrade and using that feature.

Also, the search system is vastly improved.

I could roll out the upgrade with the current design right now. However, I want to complete the mobile version and roll everything out together. Then I only have to troubleshoot once.

Hopefully, this is not too far off.

Thanks. It's great to hear you say the search is improved. Another question-

Sometimes I would search for a thread using almost the exact words of the title (no extra words) and not be able to find it.

Or, the same thread pops up over and over again in results .

Do you think this upgrade remedies that?

Thanks. I mean, this is not really good for me because I will likely spend even more time on DCUM, but thanks !
