Need a rec for a therapist in MD to work on anger/frustration with young kid with speech delays

We've never done any kind of psych services previously. I'm aware of Alvord Baker but there are a lot of names on their webpage. Does anyone have a good therapist there or elsewhere in MD? We're seeing escalation in behaviors and need to do something because clearly whatever we're doing isn't working. I have not found many good books on helping your kid with anger issues.

How young and how delayed?

6. Speech is there but he clearly cannot get out everything he wants to say--speech issues are largely motoric in nature. Behaviors have escalated to hitting and throwing things.

Yes, frustration is expected, but throwing and hitting on a regular basis, isn't a good thing or a reasonable coping mechanism.
