| Is there anything other than water to drink? I am so bored with infused water. Artificial sweeteners give me a headache, GI issues, and ultimately worse sugar cravings. |
| Seltzer, tea, that's it. |
| Seltzer. I drink 1-2 liters per day of lime-flavored seltzer. |
|
I also like to drink sweet things. I tend to take drinks and dilute them. So, I'll put a little lemonade, or cranberry cocktail, or something like vitamin water, in a large portion of water. It's not no calorie (unless I use a diet drink, which I also do sometimes), but it cuts out 80% of the calories. I actually think it tastes better that way too.

| I used to make a drink where I steeped ginger and lemon and a very small amount of honey and drank that over ice. It's very good for digestion and tastes great. |
| La Croix - YUM!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
| Low cal--sparkling water with a splash of juice. |
| black coffee. |

seltzer, plain or flavored. You can also flavor your water with any of a variety of fresh fruits or vegetables.

gets its flavor from manmade chemical flavors (which are allowed to use the label "natural" under USDA regs, yes, but are still concocted in a factory in China) YUCK!!!!!! |
Which factory? I'd love to buy the natural flavors for use in my sodastream |
Maybe contact this CNN reporter for addresses? "But that doesn't necessarily mean the "natural flavors" in your blueberry granola bar are simply crushed-up blueberries. Rather, they probably consist of a chemical originally found in blueberries, enhanced and added into your food in a lab. ... And all of the extra ingredients in flavors often aren't as innocent as you'd hope they would be. "The mixture will often have some solvent and preservatives — and that makes up 80 to 90 percent of the volume [of the flavoring]. In the end product, it's a small amount, but it still has artificial ingredients," Andrews says. "" http://www.cnn.com/2015/01/14/health/feat-natural-flavors-explained/ |
Oh darn, I was hoping you had a link to something directly related to seltzer flavoring |
| Have you tried Hint water? It has no artificial sweeteners. It's barely sweet, but just has a hint of the fruit that was soaked in it. I love it and I hate plain water. |
| Try something with erythritol, it shouldn't give you any gastric distress and it is an alternative sweetener, not "artificial". Try SoBe, Vitamin Water and Zevia. |
