Lamp post lights/fixtures - need recommendations for resellers/installers

Our HOA has tasked me to search for resellers and installers of lamp posts and lamp post fixtures for the street lighting of our HOA common area. Don't know where to begin, was wondering if you had recommendations? Also, if you have any recommendation on fixtures, that would ge great, we're looking for something that directs light down on the street rather than lighting in all directions and towards residents windows. Think I've seen fixtures with a dish-like cover on top that may direct light down but not sure what they are called. We're in the Arlington/Alexandria area. Thank you.
