Accommodations near Hershey Park? With pool, preferably

| Beyond the Hershey properties, can anyone recommend any hotels or motels near Hershey, PA? Someplace with an outdoor pool would be great. We will stay at Hershey if necessary, but it's pretty pricey. Thanks for any tips. |

| I've stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn near the park (the actual address of the hotel is in Hummelstown, but it is only about 10 minutes from the park) and it is fine and has a pool, but I suspect it is also expensive during peak season. |

I stayed at an airbnb with my child less than 5 minutes from Hershey. With a pool & breakfast. Host will also arrange transportation to park to save you parking fees. About $70 a night.

| Hands down Hotel Hershey is the best hotel by Hershey. It is also the most expensive. We went last week and it was $500+ per night. The pool was fantastic and we had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the resort more than the actual park. |
