Bathroom renovations...help!!

We are renovating two bathrooms and I'm so lost at what is in these days. I've been looking at Pinterest until my eyes glaze over and it's just becoming overwhelming now. Anyone want to share their ideas for what to do with these bathrooms?? I like bright and clean but I'm also leaning toward the wood tile look.

Are you doing a flip? "What is in" may only last a few years, and then you'll have "what is dated."

What do you love? Find that, then come back ask people who have it if it's practical.

Also, have you been to Houzz/GardenWeb? Strong opinions and real-world experience by the bucket. We're not even remodeling and I love reading there.

PS Heated tile floors, no matter what else you do.
