Spring Break for family of four (5yo and 8yo) for 5k?

Where can we "get away" for a week on that budget? Anybody had a great experience they can recommend? I'm open to anything. Been looking at cruises and be achy all-inclusive so, but I'm not sure I can find anything good at that price point....
