Abdominal fat (underneath) is really lumpy

Is this normal? Is this just a type of fat? I noticed after my 3rd child and trying to lose weight (and the overall size of my excess belly skin) that underneath it feels like a bean bag

Anyone know what this is?

I had my third 5 months ago and my tummy is the same. Weird lumpiness. Ugh. I hate it.

Had the same, doctor told me it was just fat, nothing to worry about (except for being fat, of course).
