Cheap lightweight vacuum for hard floors/low-pile rugs?

Any suggestions? Prefer corded and bagless if possible.

We have another vacuum for the rest of the house, but I'd like to keep a small one near our dining area/kitchen.

Corded, bagless, lightweight, powerful, cheap, great for hardwood/low pile rugs, two settings, very easy to empty out, washable filters.

Thank you! We actually have one in another part of our house and like it, but I'm looking for something smaller to fit in a closet. Maybe a stick vac or canister vacuum?
