| Fruit. Corn chips and salsa. Veggies and hummus. Veggies and whatever dip you like. Avocado. Yogurt. |

Low fat cheese sticks.
Egg whites cooked with vegetables. Popcorn (plain air popped). Low fat sandwich meat. Tuna w/ low fat mayo. |

Agreed, it CAN be a fad. But I've identified gluten issues since 1992 - no "trend"/fad here- and I'm pretty sure the diarrhea I inevitably get when I eat bread isn't in my imagination. |
Could be FODMAPS rather than gluten. |
