what is your kindergartener or 1st grader's schedule

what time do they go to bed at night and what time do they wake up in the morning?

I noticed that you got no replies. For what it's worth, I have a pre K child who is up by 7:45, 3-4 after school (or weekend) activities per week, and in bed by 10:00! She never shows any sign of fatigue.

my 5 year old kindergartener boy is in bed by 7:45, asleep by 8:30 at the lastest. He is up at 7:00am (unless the weekend when he is usually up later the night before -- he has slept to 8:00 on Sat/Sun.

Our DC is similiar to the 18:19 post. He has always been this way even as a baby.

Also more like 18:19. My DS goes to bed around 10:30 pm and gets up around 6:20 am. He is in pre-K. In the morning he is a slow starter, but doesn't stop for even a second throughout the day and takes forever to fall asleep at night. Also, he never shows signs of poor performance that might be improved by more sleep. He has been this way since he was 2 or 3. I always envy those parents who have 12 hour a night sleepers.

My DS is 5 and attends kindergarten. She wakes up between 6 and 7am. She goes to bed between 7:30 and 8:30 pm. Normally she sleeps about 10 hours or so per night. Is this normal?
