Feel like I can't breathe due to nose irritation

I saw a post earlier about not feeling well and someone suggested an allergy pill (OTC).

I am sitting here tonight and feel like I can't breathe through my nose - almost as if my nose is so irritated it is going to bleed.

Any ideas what to do when you feel like you can't breathe right?
