Real estate websites that let you search by particular school (Mont Co)

I am interested in looking at listings for particular schools in Mont. Co. In some parts of the county the boundaries are not straightforward preventing searches based on zipcode or on city. So I was wondering if there are any sites that allow you to search by school.

Anyone with access to MRIS can easily do this for you, like a realtor, appraiser, etc.

franklymls.com -- caveat: this only works if the listing agent fills in the school section. But it is better than nothing.

I have not found one that I can search that does this. Instead, I search by ZIP and keep the Montgomery County School Assignment Locator open to check districts when I see a place I like. It is more time consuming, but many agents don't bother to confirm the district before posting, so it is the most accurate way.

drop down the school type that is 1/2 way down the page and select elementary / middle / high and then type in the name of the school.


My experience is that only about 1/2 of the homes that are in that boundary display since the selling agent may not have entered the deatil correctly so once you find a house in the area, you might want to do a search for homes for sale around that house - there is a feature of finding homes within a certain distance - eg: 1 mile.
