Tomorrow is the last day of ESY. Are you happy with FCPS ESY? Did you kid learn anything? It seems like my son watched a lot and a lot of Netflix movies. Should I email the Principal of ESY and ask her what went on doing ESY? Should I do something ? I really don't care since he had fun but are they graded for anything? or just basic work? He is Com A

What grade? Isn't it only a few hours long? I would be really unhappy about the netflix.

Funny you say that. I noticed the same thing at our site (I was teaching regular SS but ESY was down the hall). Someone must have said something because the last couple of weeks I noticed they were actually doing academic work. BTW, this was in a different district.

6th grader, lol. DS loves Summer School and wishes his summer school teacher was his teacher lol.
