Any recommendations on who to call? concrete steps in front of row house leading to porch in bad shape. Most likely will need to be re-done. Looking for someone who does good work and also reasonably priced. Ideas on what this should run? Thanks in advance.

I'm having estimates done on this today! So far Bright Construction has made the best impression. Reasonably priced, can do the job in a couple of weeks and willing to let me deal with the permitting, which will save us several hundred dollars. Note - we are in Arlington and the county requires a permit. Two neighbors got stop work notices from the county on this work, so we are starting with permits and zoning so the job can be done without a 2 month delay after demo.

We are having 13 steps pulled, plus the front walk and a small side staircase. Prices have ranged from $3,500-$8,800.
