How much do these matter? Would think a lot. And ours are literally going to be delivered on the due date (will the schools hate this?) As my current school screwed up in sending them in in a timely manner. AARGH.

We sent ours in December, and when I called to check last week, some still hadn't been logged, so I wouldn't worry about it too much. (Clearly, they're not worrying too much!) As long as they're there on time, it's probably fine.

They do matter. My child will probably be compromised by the evaluation. We complained about something at the day care in fall, now teacher gets to get even.

You do not have to sign the waiver if you want to see what the teacher says. And if you are dissatisfied, you can ask another teacher or prominent individual in your child's life to write a letter.

Ours are all late too, even though I gav them to the teachers a month ago. I sent reminder e-mails and they all promised to send them this week, but I think the schools understand that it's out of your control, and I suspect that as long as they have all the other docs, it won't be a major problem.
