What kind of furniture for attached sunroom? Wicker? Steel? Regular sofas?

It's an addition off the main house, has lots of windows on three sides, and two french-door entrances to the main living area and the backyard. Due to heating costs, I think we will leave the sunroom largely sealed off during the winter.

I'm torn -- Would outdoor wicker patio furniture look too cheap? Then again, I don't want to put really high-end furniture in there either, given the temperature fluctuations and the higher risk of water leaks... Is there a middle ground option I'm not seeing? Any suggestions for what you've done at home?

I think that wicker furniture in a sunroom is fine - especially if you plan on closing it off for part of the year. Put a nice indoor/outdoor area rug in there and you'll be set.
