Intensive Day Program for Depression

Can anyone out there recommend an intensive day program for the treatment of depression? I am not in imminent danger of harming myself, but I am not functioning very well, either. I am not looking forward to anything, and I am sleeping a lot. I would like to jump start the improvement of my mental health. My current therapist is aware of how I am doing. I am just wondering if anyone out there has found an intensive program to be just what she needed.

Suburban hospital and Georgetown have good programs like this.

A friend has enrolled a couple of times at Georgetown and he seems to do well there.
