Cost of "refreshing" a small bathroom

I wonder what you think is the average cost of "refreshing" a small bathroom (i.e., painting it, re-caulking, cleaning grout, resealing toilet, framing a mirror, etc.).

That's all DIYable so just materials in our house. I just recalled the tub last weekend. Took 2 he's because I'm slow and meticulous and cleaned the old crud out and disinfected with bleach and had to wait for it to dry.

Anywhere from $50 (gallon of paint and some wood for framing) to $500 if you hire it out. If you do hire someone, hire a handyman. I doubt they'd clean grout though- you'd need a cleaning company for that.
