Any places besides big box stores where I can shop for wallpaper without paying for access thru an interior designer? In MoCo, but willing to drive. Thx!!! |
Why wallpaper? |
Have you checked out any online sites? |
Graham brown online is considered one of he best sources. |
Smaller paint stores (look for a Ben Moore dealer --not sure who that would be in MD; I go to Potomac Paint in Arlington). |
LOVE wallpaper and there are some gorgeous ones out there! I decorate a lot and do decorate for other people. I'm dying to try out wallpaper but don't have the guts yet. (I just removed 5 rooms worth of wallpaper in the house I bought) |
Yes, this. The Color Wheel in McLean carries Farrow and Ball paper. |
I echo the Color Wheel -- wonderful selection! |
There is a Farrow and Ball store in Friendship Heights. |
This. In Chevy Chase DC. |
Yes- Colorwheel has a huge selection. Be prepared to spend hours looking at books... I love wallpaper and have ordered several times through Colorwheel and have been happy with them. |

I didn't think wallpaper was such a daring step anymore? I feel like it's been trending heavily for 10 years. We did bold wallpaper in a powder room in 2005 - people thought it was a little crazy then but understood where we were going. We did a bedroom in 2011 and by then, wallpaper was everywhere. We just bought a new house and plan to wallpaper several rooms - powder room, accent wall in den.... |
