| Jeff, can you just block my ip addresses from this site permanently? I'm so frustrated and upset at being called a horrible person when trying to get advice. I sent you a flag that contained my email so you can hopefully see my ip addresses based on that and other posts? |

| OP, you can download add-ons for browsers (or for your phone, apps) that will block certain sites according to the settings you prescribe. You can block it just during certain hours, after a certain amount of time, 24 hours a day, etc. Maybe that would help you. I have used it in the past when I started getting too sucked into certain websites. |
