I am interviewing for industry positions.
I had a phone screening interview with the ‘talent recruiter’ about 6 weeks ago. Last week I got an email for a face-to-face interview and another phone interview with the same ‘talent recruiter’ that I had talked with 6 weeks ago. It is scheduled for ~1week before face-to-face interview. Not sure what else she will be asking – any insights? Not sure how to prepare for it. Thanks, |
| What may have happened is that the recruiter shared your resume with the hiring manager, and s/he had some follow up questions (about specific experience or similar). I am a hiring manager and do that sometimes, although it is usually to determine whether the candidate is enough of a fit for an in person interview. Since your in person interview is already scheduled, perhaps they want details about comp? In any case, I would prepare as if it were a "real" interview. GL! |
