Men and facial hair- what does it mean...

I know there's no clear-cut answer and it's a silly question, but if he starts a beard the minute he breaks up with the LTR girlfriend does it means he's planning to be single for a while? Or is he thinking whoever he dates next might be willing to deal with the beard? Guys, would love your opinion.

She probably wouldn't let him have a beard. Maybe he's planning on finding a girl who digs it, maybe it's a short term rebellion.

Maybe he's just being lazy.

Why does it matter? Why does there have to be any meaning? Maybe he just wanted something different....

I think men with facial hair are afraid of, and do not like, women.

What? I'll be sure to break that to my very loving and attentive DH, who's had a beard for the last 7 years.

Why do women cut their hair? That reason.

Actually, there IS a clearcut answer! Jenna Marbles did a video all about this.

Yes its a very silly question.

Men who have beards have them because they CAN.

End of story.

Seriously. My SO of five years is the most in tune with women man I've ever met. He has a huge beard. Sexy

I second this.

I like a "Five O'Clock Shadow" on a guy, maybe his new fling does too.

I think it is a bit late for that.

Maybe she cheated on him with someone more manly. He's trying to compensate.

Funny, beards have the opposite impact on me. They make a man look less masculine. Like he's hiding a weak chin or jawline or something.
