None! Tile or vinyl plank - anything else is ruined from any moisture.

Polish the concrete. Put down some rugs. There are currently. 3 threads on this issue. Funny.

We have floating cork flooring in ours and love it. Looks nice and is soft and warm. It's also a sustainable material, which we liked (though that wasn't our main reason for choosing it).

Stain the concrete and put down rugs.

We have wall to wall, but have no water issues and no musty smell (French drain, sump pump, dehumidifier). Live having the warmer feeling of the rug.

If there was any concern of water, then I'd do vinyl and area rugs.

Vinyl can trap water between the slab and the underside of the vinyl and then you have mould all over. Make sure your slab is as dry as you think. There is a plastic and tape test you can do your self. Google it.

Or cover the concrete with 6 mil plastic vapor barrier before installing the vinyl plank (not peel and stick type, obviously, but thicker alternatives)

Tile that looks like wood? The gray ones I have seen at Home Depot? Definetly not carpet

5 year experience with vinyl plank and one minor flood during that period, easy clean and overall excellent experience with product. Tailor made for a basement and the wood finish adds warmth.
