Yes! There’s a former yoga student on Reddit who has detailed their relationship pre Alec. Short version: She said when she first met her at the yoga studio that was the sex cult (Yoga for the people - I think?) that she was Hillary and had no accent. Then she went on vacation to Spain for two weeks and came back as Hilaria and with an accent. That’s when she went to work at the new yoga place where she met Alec. Apparently Hilario stopped talking to all her previous acquaintances/ cut them off.

As someone who is fascinated with cults and "conspiracy theories" I think this period of her life is pivotal. By all accounts, while everyone else has a terrible story of rape and abuse from the YTTP sex cult, she seemed to have thrived there and gotten all the best gigs, all the best clients. This makes me wonder if she was the Alison Mack in this situation. Some sort of trauma/abuse with a reprogramming may have took place, like perfected with the MK Ultra program.

Her mom's quackery at International Integrators seems to be a form of reprogramming for trauma victims, so Hillary may have been experimented on or even sought out the mother's help to be the best version of herself

Thanks to this, most of America who did not know who Hilaria was are now curious about her. And most people are not triggered by what she has done because for 4 years we have been seeing worse behavior in public life.

The hardest part of this story for me was trying to understand why on earth it happened. What could possibly be the motive for lying, when you have a person or people who already have so much? Why would they do it when there was so much at stake, so much that could be lost? I finally got an answer from a commenter on another site. They mentioned "duping delight" and I googled it and it all started to make sense.

She uses her over-the-top Spanish(?) accent to talk to them and about them. Rom-ay-o, Lay-o, Rrrah-fa, Carrrrmen. I can’t remember hearing her saying the baby, Eduardo’s name. But I think we can all guess.
