Anyone here have ICP during a pregnancy?

I had it with my last child a few years ago. My OB/GYN won't let me take hormonal birth control because apparently I could relapse. I am wondering if there is any way I can do HRT during menopause. Not sure I even want to, but it would be nice to have the choice. My guess is that I can't but would love to hear from others in the same situation.
