Pls recommend your lead inspector for a rental

PP here - sorry about Gellar. Call Vimal at 301.916.0300 - ask him for a recommendation. He works for Prime Property Inspectors and I'm sure he knows someone in MD - that is where I found out about Geller from originally, but that was awhile ago.

I would call some local people on the list of approved inspectors and get some quotes.
