1st trimester uterine pressure?

I don't remember this from previous pregnancy so wondering if it is normal. I am feeling what I can only describe as pressure in my uterus (I'm 12 weeks). It is in my very low belly. I am not worried about baby -- I have no bleeding and amble queasiness. Simple uterus growing pains perhaps?

I'm 14 weeks and having something similar although mine has some added fun of this weird cramp (not cramps but literally like its clentching) in my groin. I've just assumed its stretching and growing down 'there'. I'm going to ask my doc about it next week but wasn't worried enough to make a call.

OP here- PP. that cramp you are describing sounds like round ligament pain. If the cramp is literally "between your legs," it is most likely RLs.
