Private education and scholarships

What are the implications of a sole legal custody on scholarship applications for private schools in DC? And college etc...
We are hashing out custody but I worry a scholarship or grant reviewer will want EXs info and he will likely not provide it.

OP --don't know but suggest you also post this in the private school forum. I assume by scholarships you really mean financial aid for private schools -- there are very few aid opportunities that are not based on financial need.
