And I feel damn good about it. Sure I used a crapload of butter, but I've also got lots of protein (eggs, chicken) and veggies (carrots, peas).

The key is to buy jasmine rice, cook it in the morning and let it sit in the fridge all day. Do the rest in a wok later in the afternoon.
