Can anyone tell me what areas specifically constitute in bounds for Horace Mann? What streets? From where to where?

Yes, go to the DCPS website, then have Mann confirm it. We attended an open house a few years back and they handed out maps and addresses. Some families moved to apartments on Wisconsin, thinking they were in Mann and later learned they were in Stoddert. Not happy. |
