What do Zillow color codes mean on its smartphone app?

| I searched but couldn't find it. Some prices are in red rectangles, some orange -- well, yellow-orange. There's a green. In other areas I see dark purple and lavender. What's the color code? |

| Red are in foreclosure, orange have had recent price reductions, green are for sale by owner, dark purple have lead water service pipes, lavender are regular for-sale homes. |
