is anything covered? So I understand that he doesn't take insurance but i'm assuming you can submit at least for consults? Anyone know what it came out to be? I'm concerned about cost. I hear the phone consult is 650?

The phone consult is $650 out of pocket. I don't know about your insurance for the rest.

Everything is billed separately for the IVF. I received bills from NY Presbyterian Hospital, Cornell, and Dr. Davis- it is confusing to keep up with. You have to submit to insurance yourself. I was 100% out of pocket. You pay your $650 consulting fee the same day.

to the person out of pocket- how much did a full cycle cost you?

Actually he does take insurance. Not for the consult. But my 2nd cycle with him was covered by my insurance (blue cross). Also if you start cycle out of town, those monitoring appointments are with another provider so insurance may cover that.
