Transport from Dulles to Baltimore?

Looking for a way to get from Dulles to Baltimore that 1. doesn't take 3+ hours (hello bus, metro, MARC) and 2. doesn't cost $150 (hello Super Shuttle). Is there anything, or am I sunk?

There are no good public transit options that don't take 3 hours or close. You could take the 5a to lenfant plaza (an hour), the metro to union station and the train to Baltimore but with connections, it's going to take 3 hours. 150 is probably what a taxi would cost.
